China reportedly supplies almost 80% of the cheap products worldwide。Increasingly companies are seeking low-cost China suppliers in order to remain competitive and profitable. But there are some generic risks existing in the process of sourcing from all foreign countries, such as language obstacle, culture gap, complexity of importation, high cost of international transportation that can cause costly mistakes in both time and money. Thus there is a need to find a reliable business consultant who have enough local resources in China，such as a rich local supplier network, skill of negotiation in local language, knowledge of local culture and business etiquette, access to the manufacturing site to track progress and check quality (this might be the most important factor to manage quality problem), to facilitate them to finish the task。 So you can be the one to enjoy the privilege of sourcing from China. Although most of our customers prefer us to supply to a finished (FOB or delivered) product price, we offer several methods of working with customers. These include:
Sourcing, supplying and shipping product to accepted prices and terms. If you opt for a quoted price all you pay is what we quote you. Once you have approved samples and our quotation we require a 30% deposit with your order and 70% prior to shipment of the goods. Sourcing product to an agreed fee. Likewise, if you have a product development or process development project we will quote you either a fixed fee or a monthly retainer fee for the period of the development.
Sourcing, supplying and shipping product on a commission structure (normally for large, repeating orders).
How we Work
Payment Method
We trust that your inquiries are serious as they require expensive airing of samples, faxes, phone calls, transportation, and lengthy communication with manufacturers. We may therefore require a small retainer, which it is willing to waive and/or allow as credit in actual future orders.
Initial Stage
A mailing account is needed for sample and document mailing. If the expense is more than the mailing fee, a small retainer is needed. The retainer fee will be allowed as credit for future production.
Prototyping Stage
We require prototyping fees to be paid up front. However, the prototyping fees may be returned in subsequent orders.
Production Stage
30% of the down payment or LC is required before the production run.
Shipping Stage
70% of the full payment is required to be paid after production but before shipping.
Save time. We use our extensive business experiences to locate supplier quickly and negotiate with them. Thus save you precious time to deal with things where your competitiveness lies.
Save money. We have team members in China to check the legitimacy of supplier and provide quality control to realize massive savings and also save you money on transportation and visits etc..
Save trouble. All products exported from China require these to be done by company with an export license. Sometimes suppliers may or may not have such a license. Aclink takes care of all these issues and makes sure the documentation is correct and ready for the export process. Also, customs rates, clearances, and all other logistics details are taken care of by us. These costs are built into Aclink quotes which provide you a single, landed cost to determine your true unit cost. Something extra. While our clients rarely choose to personally travel to China, many businesses consider it prudent to have firsthand knowledge of their manufacturing. Aclink can accompany these clients as they visit their Chinese suppliers, and provide translation and cultural assistance during their visit.
